Implemented CreateEntry and UpdateEntry actions to make sure the creation and modification of entries keeps them in line with rules.

Using the both actions on the Admin Entry Controller.

Using CreateEntry in the user side EntryController. Normal users aren't allowed to modify existing entries, they can just delete and make a new one prior to the entry deadlien.
